Hi! I'm Ansley!

Welcome to my blog! Thanks for being here. 

I am a senior at Appalachian State, majoring in Communication Studies with a minor in Media Studies. I decided down this path because communication and media skills are both foundational and essential in any career I may choose. I also enjoy creating and expressing myself whether it be through written communication and discourse, or media based projects. Outside of school, I am a very family and friend oriented person. I enjoy any and all documentaries, photography adventures, road trips, music, Game of Thrones and playing with my sweet kitten, Gracie. I am also a fan of all things yellow (like those wildflowers in the picture to the right). Regardless of what aspect of life it is, I am always passionate and charismatic in all my endeavors. 

I chose to write about my adventures through Scotland because that country means so much to me and my family.
